J.A.T.A.D.S is the division of Small Pond Enterprises that specifically targets the concept of developing an audience for productions through strategic planning and timely consultation. Associates at J.A.T.A.D.S. take every show presented to us and do the following:

* Establish a brand for the production with the individual or company involved
* Discuss the target audience and map the target neighborhoods to approach about the production
* Discuss potential sponsors for the production as well as advertisers
* Develop a calendar for the implementation of reaching the target audience
* Brainstorm new and inventive ways to promote the product and ticket sales
* Find the most cost effective way to implement the above tasks
* Provide suggestions for potential marketing and industry liasons
